Megan The Stallion Opps Continue to Take Endless L’s in Court – Latest Updates
Megan Thee Stallion’s detractors continue to lose big in their court cases involving the superstar rapper. Here are the details of the failures these losers people faced in court this week.
Failed Blogger’s Lawyer Failed the Bar 8 Times
The trial date for Megan Thee Stallion’s cyberstalking lawsuit against a certain blogger is set for July 21, 2025. The parties may explore settlement options, but it’s too early to determine if a settlement is likely. Said blogger’s legal team is still being finalized. She is currently represented by Michael Hayden, who also represents an unnamed incarcerated rapper in his appeal. Hayden, licensed in California since March 2022, is not licensed in Florida and will need to secure local counsel. Notably, Hayden failed the California State Bar exam eight times after graduating from an unaccredited online law school in just over four years. He has spoken about his “incredible journey of perseverance” on a legal podcast.
Photographer’s Lawyer On the Hook for Megan Thee Stallion Legal Fees
Megan Thee Stallion won a legal victory in a lawsuit filed by a former photographer. The photographer’s attorney, Ronald L. Zambrano, failed to attend a pre-trial conference for the lost wages and hostile work environment suit, believing he could attend virtually via Zoom. The judge didn’t accept this excuse and decided to sanction Zambrano. As a result, he will be required to pay Megan’s and Roc Nation’s lawyers’ fees for the missed conference.
California AG Debunks “Missing Gun” Conspiracy Theory
The California Attorney General has responded to claims from the rapper convicted in the shooting Megan Thee Stallion that the gun used in the violent crime is missing, which would prevent forensic testing. The convicted felon’s attorneys had filed a petition arguing the LAPD lost the gun, but the Attorney General refuted these claims, stating that the criminal’s lawyers provided no evidence to support the assertion. Court documents highlight that the LAPD still has custody of the gun, along with the ammunition and bullet fragments. The Attorney General also pointed out that further DNA testing wouldn’t prove the alleged shooter’s innocence. The criminal’s legal team had previously requested that his 10-year sentence be vacated, accusing prosecutors of mishandling evidence, but Megan’s lawyer, Alex Spiro, denied the gun was missing, affirming it was available for testing.
