Failed Blogger’s Lawyer Failed the Bar 8 Times
The trial date for Megan Thee Stallion’s cyberstalking lawsuit against a certain blogger is set for July 21, 2025. The parties may explore settlement options, but it’s too early to determine if a settlement is likely. Said blogger’s legal team is still being finalized. She is currently represented by Michael Hayden, who also represents an unnamed incarcerated rapper in his appeal. Hayden, licensed in California since March 2022, is not licensed in Florida and will need to secure local counsel. Notably, Hayden failed the California State Bar exam eight times after graduating from an unaccredited online law school in just over four years.
